Refund & Fulfillment Policy

1. Delivery / fulfillment

Translyo is a digital service. There is no physical shipment. Translated files are delivered electronically within the app immediately after processing — typically within seconds to a few minutes depending on document size. Paid plan benefits (such as higher limits) are activated immediately after a successful payment.

2. Free trial before you pay

Every user can use the free tier to test translation quality and formatting before purchasing. We strongly encourage you to try the Service on the free plan first to make sure it meets your needs.

Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Credits already consumed for completed translations are non-refundable, as the service has been delivered.

7. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your account email and the payment receipt or order ID. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by our payment provider (Merchant of Record) back to your original payment method; the time to appear depends on your bank or provider.
